BECOME A TABLE HOST
Table hosts help fill their table with guests, but are not responsible for purchasing all the tickets for their table. Here are what table hosts are responsible for:
- Purchase your own (or you and your partner) ticket to the Gala.
- Encourage friends, family, and other Unity members to attend the Gala by inviting them to buy their own tickets to the Gala and sit at your table.
- Provide your list of "table guests" to the Gala coordinators for the seating chart.
- Provide decor and lighting for your table. Tables are narrow banquet-style tables (not round). Please be mindful that decor shouldn't be too wide (as the tables are narrow) or tall (so guests can see over them once seated). Candles in glass containers are allowed, as are battery-operated lighting devices. It can be a bit dark in the room, so lighting at your table is helpful.
