Chinese New Year Lunch

Celebrate the Chinese New Year (year of the Snake!) with a 12-course Chinese lunch coordinated by Susanne Lam.

The menu is as follow:

— Tofu Vegetables Soup

— Handmade Pan fried potstickers: choice of Minced Pork/vegetables and Vegetables Potstickers

— Numb Spicy Beef Hotpot (Rev. Kurt’s favorite)

— Mongolian Beef

— Grand Marnier Prawns with Walnuts

—  Velvet Chicken breast slices with Broccoli

—  Yu Xiang Spicy Eggplants

—  Sweet and Sour Fish slices

—  Happy Family: four combinations of beef, pork, chicken and seafood with vegetables

— Golden  Stuffed Tofu with shrimps and vegetables

—  Combination (Yang Zhou ) Fried Rice

— Pan Fried Cantonese style noodles with chicken
